Your insoles have been individually designed based on your foot profile, movement patterns and biomechanical needs. Every pair is created with clinical precision to help improve comfort, alignment and performance in your daily movement.

This page will guide you through the first days of use, care instructions and how to get the best experience from your VESTA insoles.

Getting Started

Your VESTA insoles are designed to fit inside your everyday, running or training shoes, depending on your selected use.

Before placing them inside your shoes, remove the original insoles whenever possible. This helps create enough space and allows your VESTA insoles to sit correctly inside the shoe.

Make sure the heel of the insole is properly positioned at the back of the shoe and that the insole lies flat, without bending or folding.

For the best experience, start using your insoles gradually.

Adaptation period

Your body may need time to adapt.

VESTA insoles are designed to influence the way your feet interact with the ground.

During the first few days, it is normal to feel:

  • Mild pressure in certain areas of the foot
  • A sensation of increased support
  • Slight muscle fatigue in the feet, calves, knees, hips or lower back
  • Awareness of your posture or walking pattern
  • Temporary discomfort while your body adjusts

This does not necessarily mean that something is wrong. In many cases, it simply reflects your body adapting to a new and more supported position.

We recommend starting with short periods of use and gradually increasing the time each day.

Recommended Adaptation Schedule

Days 1–2 Use your insoles for 1 to 2 hours per day during light daily activities. Days 3–5 Increase use to 3 to 4 hours per day, if comfortable. Days 6–7 Begin using them for longer periods, including walking or low-intensity activity. After the first week You can progressively use them during your normal routine, training or running, depending on your comfort level and your intended use. If you are using your insoles for running or sport, avoid using them for a long or intense session on the first day. Start with a short, easy session and increase gradually.

How to Clean Your Insoles

Clean your insoles gently using a soft cloth or sponge with cold or lukewarm water.

You may use a small amount of mild soap if needed.

After cleaning, allow them to air dry completely before placing them back inside your shoes.

Do not use aggressive detergents, bleach or alcohol-based products.

Using Your Insoles in Different Shoes

Your VESTA insoles can be used in different shoes, provided the shoes have enough internal space and adequate structure. For the best fit, choose shoes with: * Removable original insoles * A stable heel counter * Enough depth inside the shoe * A secure fit around the foot Very narrow, flexible or unsupportive shoes may reduce the effectiveness and comfort of your insoles.

VESTA insoles are more than a product. They are a personalised support system designed to help your body move with greater comfort, stability and confidence.

Thank you for trusting VESTA.

Welcome to a new way of moving.
